Why an Aqua Aerobics Class?
Our water aerobics classes are easy on your joints, yet challenging enough to help you reach new levels of fitness.  The low-impact format of aqua aerobics classes make them suitable for every age and fitness level.

Because your body is constantly working to help you stay in the pool, you will enjoy the benefits a full body workout.  Because you create your own resistance in the water, you are also getting muscular strengthening similar to weight training and the harder you work, the more benefits you will see.

The buoyancy of the water helps to take the weight off of joints, making it the perfect way to exercise for those with joint or flexibility problems such as arthritis or fibromyalgia.  Working out in the water helps to reduce swelling and inflammation in joints, making workouts easier and less painful.
