We are excited to offer personalized strength training and functional training in a sociable, small group environment and one on one. We have a climate controlled training studio and a Functional Training center. Highly skilled professionals will get you started on a training program designed according to your needs and goals.

When trying to reach a destination not only is it important to know where you are starting but also to have landmarks of progression to keep you motivated and moving in the right direction. A professional fitness trainer will offer specific assessments to determine the most effective and safest route to take you. Your journey will consist of an initial consultation and follow up assessments every 4-6 weeks. Some of these assessments include:
- Cardiopulmonary Resting Heart Rate
- Resting Blood Pressure
- Body Circumference: measurement of upper/lower arm, chest, abdomen, hips, and upper/lower leg.
- Body composition: Calibration and bio impedance for Body Fat and BMI
- Flexibility
- Balance
- Muscular Endurance
- Transverse Abdominal Activation
- Squat Test
- Sub-maximal Treadmill Test
- Personalized strength and conditioning for individuals
- Utilizes private studios and weight room
- One on One instruction with an experienced professional
- Integrates lifestyle changes in addition to fitness instruction
- Consists of core and functional training
- Selectorized equipment will often be incorporated
