We are a full service Health club. We offer massage, personal training, steam rooms, saunas, aroma therapy rooms, free weights, pin selectorized equipment, 2-cardiovascular areas, modern locker rooms, indoor track, aerobics studio, group cycling, free child care, indoor pool, family changing rooms, birthday parties and Ms. Summit (women's only workout area), as well as our Royale Smoothie Bar. We are 87,000 square feet of affordable fitness and lifestyle change. We also have a special insurance paid wellness program for qualified senior citizens. The program is a national program called Silver Sneakers and we were chosen to participate because of our high standards. Call us to see if you qualify for Silver Sneakers. It’s free if you qualify. You are correct to think we have much to offer, but in spite of our size, we concentrate on you as an individual. I know all companies say that but we really mean it.
