The Summit weight training areas offer something for everyone, from the beginner to advanced lifters.

Massage therapy can be a powerful ally in your healthcare regimen — from general relaxation to assisting in the healing of injuries and chronic pain.

GROUP EXERCISE

Over 60 classes a week including Zumba, Yoga, PiYo, Body Blast, and Spinning. All included with your membership.

SPORTS

The Summit offers a variety of sports programs, leagues, and tournaments for Indoor Soccer, Basketball, Tennis and Raquetball/Squash.

"I’ve always wanted to get into shape my whole life, but I just couldn’t stick to a consistent diet or workout schedule. I just got to use to sitting around doing nothing. One of the best things you can do to warm up tight muscles is foam rolling before exercise and one of the best things to do for recovery after exercise is to also foam roll. As the muscles get overworked, they sometimes form little, tiny knots in them and the rolling process can loosen up/get rid of the tightness in the muscles.
