Upon retiring, I soon realized that I needed to do something with my extra time, so I began shopping around for a gym. I joined the Summit for two big amenities that other gyms don’t offer: A variety of classes and the pool. What better way to start your week than with Monday morning low impact class with missy, followed by aqua aerobics with Jess. I totally enjoy their workouts, their choice of music and their positive attitudes. I also enjoy Cristis Aqua class and to kick it up a notch do Zumba with Stacy.
