Bio:

Since graduating from Slippery Rock University, I have worked with all skill levels and ages by creating individualized programs. I have been in the fitness industry for four years with experience in not only personal training, but also group exercise, special populations and athletic performance.  I have always been passionate about fitness and health and love helping people reach their goals. Personal training gives me the opportunity to do what I love and help others achieve a healthy and successful lifestyle.

I’m capable of creating individualized programming tailored toward clients of any skill level, gender, and age to accommodate their lifestyle & goals. Personal training gives me the opportunity to do what I love and I hope to inspire & change peoples' mindsets on how important it is to move & fuel your body. With guidance from me, I hope my clients can enjoy their fitness journey, leading them to a successful, healthy and sustainable lifestyle outside of the gym.
