I have been a member at The Summit for over 20 years. The reasons I chose and remain at The Summit are the convenient location and the variety of exercise and recreational options. Among all of the other facilities in the area only The Summit offers everything I need, including a pool. My typical exercise routine has been swimming but after a consultation with Personal Trainer Wayne Wolfe, I have been more educated on the benefits of weight training. I decided to start a weight training program with Wayne because having a trainer gives me the push I need to stay on track. The workouts are always a challenge but nothing has been given to me beyond my capability. He incorporates a multitude of different exercises so its never boring. I am probably in the best shape I have been in for 30 years.
